Meditation is not a religion, but a way of deepening our experience of life. We don't teach dogmas or beliefs. Meditation is beneficial no matter what you believe, or don't believe.

6:45-7:00 Meditation Instruction
7:00-7:15 gentle stretching and movement
7:15-7:35 silent meditation
7:35-7:45 guided meditation
7:45-7:55 grounding and relaxing
